Ebony Podiatrist - Be Podiatry

Ebony Zappone

Ebony is a passionate podiatrist at Be Podiatry ( Formally Diamond Valley Foot and Ankle Clinic). She completed her studies at LaTrobe University and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science/Masters in Podiatric Practice, along with a strong interest in all aspects of Podiatry.

She believes that foot and ankle health should be holistic and requires all aspects to be assessed such as physical, social and personal. Individualizing patients care to their needs is something she takes pride in providing.

Ebony played Championship basketball for the local club Diamond Valley Eagles before attending high school in the United States where she earned two scholarships to play basketball in college. This sports background has built Ebony’s passion for dealing with musculoskeletal injuries.

She has extensive knowledge in all things footwear after working at the Athlete’s Foot Northland and Greensborough for four years – an important factor in avoiding injuries and fitting correctly.

Ebony is also very enthusiastic about volunteering, having worked at OxFam and provided podiatric care to the homeless of Melbourne’s inner city working with the Salvation Army and the “Reaching Out Because We Can” program.
