At Be Podiatry, we offer comprehensive assessment and management of activity, lifestyle and sports-based injury. We understand the frustration of foot or lower limb discomfort, and the implications it can have on day-to-day activity and/or sporting performance. As part of our comprehensive management plans, strength and conditioning plays a significant role in the rehabilitation of soft tissue injuries along with injury prevention. Developing a solid foundation of baseline strength is essential not only to improve physical endeavors and performance but also in everyday life, especially with an aging population. 

Our podiatry team is experienced in developing strength and rehab programs to help with return from injury, preventative management and running performance. The goal is to identify different strength and functional factors that may have contributed to your injury presentation or prior history of injury. Assessing appropriate strength testing in conjunction with gait analysis, functional movement assessment and hands-on testing allow us to provide a well rounded understanding of our patients. In turn, we can tailor a management program that is specific to your needs.
