Our adhesive Met Domes are tear drop shaped pads that are placed on the sock liner of a shoe or on a orthotic to help offload the forefoot structures. Podiatrists frequently use these for issues such as: neuroma, bursitis, capsulitis, clawed digits.
Place on top of your sock liner/insert for a more localised level of support, or you can place on the underside for a more diffuse level of support.
